The program serves as a direct talent pipeline for the company, offering exceptional high-performers a potential conversion pathway into permanent full-time careers.
Key Technologies:
Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Circuit Simulation Utilities, Hardware Debugging Tools, Embedded Systems, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Project Management Frameworks (Jira/Confluence), Statistical Data Analysis Tools (MATLAB/Excel), Quality Assurance Testing Frameworks
Requirements:
- This internship is strictly open only to current students enrolled in Philips-selected partner colleges and premium university campuses.
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in a relevant technical field.
- Eligible Disciplines & Specializations:
- Mechanical Engineering: Supporting thermal modeling, structural design, and physical component configuration.
- Electrical Engineering: Assisting with high-voltage layouts, power distribution systems, and safety wiring topologies.
- Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC): Contributing to signal processing, firmware integration, and PCB testing arrays.
- Design Engineering: Focusing on human-centered ergonomics, system aesthetics, and interactive prototyping.
- Project Management: Partnering with delivery managers to track sprint milestones, organize cross-functional assets, and optimize resource logistics.
- Fully available to commit to an uninterrupted, full-time 10-month contract schedule on-site at the Pune campus.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting capacity, a solid foundation in core mathematical and engineering concepts, attention to technical detail, and a proactive drive for continuous learning.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, allowing for comfortable integration into multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary engineering squads.
